Pest control needs differ from person to person and from property to property. First Line will help you find a level of pest control that satisfies you at a fair price. House size, specific pest problems, and the level of control desired all effect pricing. The most effective control of the pests in and around your home comes with Regular Scheduled Services, which require a 1-year service agreement. Initial services may cost a little extra depending on the extent of work performed..
REGULAR SCHEDULED SERVICES
Most customer's want that "bug-free" lifestyle, and our regular scheduled services provides just that. We perform regular (typically 4 times per year for residential customers), which consist of exterior perimeter treatments. Additional perks include ant and mouse/rat control. Interior and exterior callbacks for covered pests in covered areas are FREE. Pricing is based on many factors, including building size(s), specific pests, and envirionmental conditions. *There is a $100 Minimum charge for one-time services. For example, web & wasp removal and/or interior perimeter spray can be added to a $100 exterior spray for an additional $65 each. Prices may vary based on job size, location, and other variables. One-time treatments of additional outbuildings, attic/crawl spaces, vehicles, etc. are also available. Call for exact pricing.

SPECIAL SERVICE PRICING
We try whenever possible to offer free inspections. However, some circumstances may require attic, crawl space, or roof inspection before a price estimate can be given. Inspections for these areas usually require special safety equipment, more time, and more technician ability and risk, so these inspections generally require a fee. Most common pest inspections of easily accessible areas are free, but in special circumstances a fee may still be necessary. Prices for commercial property and multi-unit dwellings vary greatly.
